This Agreement shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey
and the federal laws of the United States of America, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
You agree to bring any claims arising under this Agreement exclusively in the courts of the State of New Jersey
and federal courts of the United States of America.
